RE+AM+DI. A continuació us mostrem un dels últims projectes que hem dut a terme. Es tracta d’una rehabilitació d’un habitatge unifamiliar i una ampliació en planta baixa. La lectura inicial del projecte ens demanava mantenir la màxima història, materials, acabats i estructura de la part existent. Juntament amb el client es va acordar formular una ampliació en relació a l’estar. Un nou volum que es desmarcaria de la part prèvia i que ajudaria a resoldre necessitats d’espai interior com també comunicació amb l’exterior. A part d’aquest annex, s’ha realitzat tota l’adequació de cuina, menjador, sala d’estar i altre sales.
Creiem interessant i volem donar èmfasis a la mescla de materials que hi trobem i objectes que es van adaptant als nous espais. La cuina oberta ha guanyat llum, espai i vitalitat. Ara tots formen part, és el nou punt de reunió i de benvinguda. El joc que produeix el neolith i la fusta massissa fan que visualment sigui acollidora, però al mateix temps amb línies actuals. Electrodomèstics que facilitin el dia a dia i un conjunt d’elements que vesteixen el context.
Pel que fa la sala d’estar destacar els dos àmbits que hem creat. Per una part trobem els sofàs, relax, tauletes i xemeneia; mentre que a continuació trobem un espai de treball. La diferenciació d’espais es denoten quan l’espai passa del nou volum a un espai de doble altura. Sense utilitzar parets, ni portes, ni delimitacions físiques podem arribar a solucionar usos. Per últim esmentar que les habitacions s’han resolt de formes similars i creant un vestidor de 5 metres de llargada amb il·luminació pròpia interior.
La veritat és que nosaltres estem molt contents de la feina feta i la satisfacció és doble quan els nostres clients i amics ens permeten entrar a casa seva a fotografiar-la. De veritat, moltíssimes gràcies SrXF.
